Torres just needs a pre season and a proper rest

He was almost carrying that Liverpool team along with Gerrard and that took alot out of him, plus the injurys didnt help and being rushed back into the team when not fit

He came to us half way through the season low on confidince and unfit, he joined us when we were playing s**t and lacked any sort of creativity

Next season, hes going to get a proper rest, a pre season and play in a much more creative side

Just him next season
a bit of this post was correct

the main point which everyone has forgotten but mainly goonie who has jumped on the media bandwagon tbf is that the guy had NO PRE SEASON to build his fitness, its so important for someone explosive to have a good pre season, in fact i dont think he really had one for 2 seasons running

i think torres will finish top goal scorer next season

form is temp while class is perm

agreed, i'll be surprised if he isn't up there in the scoring charts next season.

if he isnt then i will be the first to hold my hands up and admit i got it wrong, he really will be finished if the guy isnt near his best next season, he will be in a top attacking team with a full pre season, no excuses

he is just unfortunate there is not enough to his all round game play to make up for the lack of goals

MOVE !!...Im Head Boy !!
At his best there was alot in his all round game. His confidence really did come from his goals though, when he was scoring non stop his all round game was decent and he just oozed confidence. He just looks shot to bits atm and everything he tried just wont come off

the worrying think was that even with him off form chelsea had the best point to game record in the league between the 2 united games
