I disagree with those saying United would easily beat Madrid. Madrid are comfortably 2nd best in the world at the present time, its just insane how far behind Barca they come as well!

I have mentioned it would be much more equal. Haven't seen anyone say that we can beat em. Think it would be 50/50

United were not good enough all over the park to match Real Madrid all over the park. The gulf in class in the midfield is just monstrous

You could say the same about Chelsea, and they were put to bed.

If the gulf is that big, then Barca would have won more than 5-0, for example?

Barca destroyed Real 5-0. United lost 3-1, meaning that the gulf between Real and United isn't as monstrous as you think it is.

So how do you know that "on the day" Real Madrid would have gotten past United "easily"?
