Thanks for naming and shameing me Sic

But you're right i dont understand it. I do understand going to watch a local club if you live in a different country (i'd defo do that just to see live games) and cheer that club on during the game but i wouldn't say i 'supported' that club even though technically i would be doing so financially.

I think the thing i find hard is the idea dividing my loyalty. Personally i couldn't do it.
Will be keeping Cech in my pocket for the next 3 months. Thanks Pedro :thumb:

  what a joke this is aimed at me, i support man utd and my local side which id thought id NEVER see happen just got in the premiership

wats wrong are u bored, no1 on here anymore supports reading u should be happy 4 me
If you want to take it personally then fair enough.

I'm not unhappy for you, I was asking a question of how someone can have a genuine affiliation for any more than one team.
im not, i dunno where your from but what if your local side just got in the biggest league in the world in the space of 8 yrs, what would u say if they had to play against man utd in the same league, i cud of got on the swansea bandwagon but i aint i still support united thro the good and bad

Is okay mate, :cheeky:

It makes zero difference to me if people were to 'support' 50 teams. It just baffles the fork out of me.

I couldn't care less, I've never been interested in them as I'm a United fan through how I was brought up.

Agree with Uwe etc. I can understand wanting a local side to win, but no way could I love another team as much as, or close to United.

Don't understand anyone supporting two teams. Besides Liverpool there's 5 teams in Italy (AC, Inter, Juve, Napoli, Palermo) I have a large interest in due to the exposure they get and the players they have, I'll watch for their results if I'm not watching them live and I will keep an eye out for news about them. Maybe if I went to Italy I'd go to one of their games for the experience but I don't have any particular feeling towards them if they win/lose.
