If newspaper reports are to beleived then we are surely set to witness one of the best ever transfer windows? Liverpool and Spurs' owners are sure to open the chequebook to try and get back into the top 4. Chelsea will surely fund whichever new manager comes in to replace Ancelotti, and United are set to spend big to replace Giggs and Scholes. |

will be by far the most money spent this season, uefa will be crying when they see the money spent (despite them ignoring spains big spenders) I expect us to spend around 60-70m on new players |

Gonna be a lot of spending going on from our league, for sure. Exciting? Depends on who you support, I guess, and what your own club gets up to. I think it will be frustrating and quite worrying for Arsenal fans. |

We are going to further inflate the prices of home grown players this market. We will probably spend around 60-70m and Chelsea/united will be there abouts for it aswell. Wenger has said he will have a busier summer than usual but you never know with him. I can see city been quite quiet tbh. They might act quickly and get a cb and thats about it |

You would hope. The way its looking at the moment teams like Sunderland, Stoke and Blackburn may have a lot of money to spend as well as the big boys, and who knows what QPR will do. Villa could also be in a position where they need to replace a few players and will have money to do so. Teams like Everton, Bolton, Wigan and Wolves may all be in a situation where they spend little in comparison. They need to stay competitive else a gap could easily appear between the top 10 and |

I can see United spending £50M+ tbh. A GK, CM, and potentially another player. Going to be happy when it gets rolling. |

yes. from what i gather most of the top 10 teams in the prem will be spending considerable amounts of money. think it will all start to kick off when the management situation in the prem is sorted. |

Who knows what will happen. It's the same each summer. We all hope that great business will be done and some summers it happens and some it doesn't. |

It might be exciting but all I see is us selling off our young players like Jordy Henderson so I don't think that's going to be exciting at all. |

If we get Gibson as a replacement for Jordy I will fly over and personally punch Steve Bruce in his big fat face. |

I'm not even going to think about it until it happens. Maybe we won't go and buy some worthless donkey just because he's from United.
