Why shouldn't kuyt be in a team wanting CL football? He's outscored most The stars of the perm this last season including everyone at chelsea and all bar one play at arsenal. Blatantly scores important goals too as well as contributing massively to the team.

Kuyt in a roaming front 3 is brilliant to watch, when he's a rigid lone striker or wideman not so much

I agree with most that the points margins to Win and stay in the PL will be very different this season.

To win it will probably take 90-94 points and safety could be as low as 30-33 imo.

United, Chelsea & City will finish stronger as will Liverpool. Not dismissing Arsenal at all but alot will depend on who stays and more importantly who they buy.

I'm expecting Spurs and Everton to be fighting for Europa (6th)

Very exciting season ahead :)
I'm not sure it will take 90 - 94 points to win the league, although it will be higher than last season. I think I'm right in saying that the 90 point barrier has only been broken 5 times in 19 seasons - Chelsea and Man Utd twice and Arsenal once. Although it's likely that the top teams will be better than last season, if they improve collectively, they are likely to take points off of each other and so it may not take such a big total to win it.
you're right, 90-94 does seem a little high thinking about it, but United finished with 81 this season and had no away form to speak of really. Still think it'll be closer the 90 mark though.

Will be keeping Cech in my pocket for the next 3 months. Thanks Pedro :thumb:

If United keep that amazing home record AND really improve their away record it will be very tough to take it from them, gotta admit.

Liverpool struggled more against the promoted teams than the top, Adam would help improve this

plus if you read my posts he would be back up. so if the rest are fit wouldn't be playing
How would Adam help improve that? The guy offers nothing they don't already have.

Odemwingie did all this too last season. Shouldn't be in a C/L side.

Adam offers more than Cole, Jova, Shevley from the bench. Which is my point from the beginning which you have clearly miss understood :)

Their bench is not their porblem lol. They have plent of players who could be on a bench at a C/L side but its their first team that needs improving. Would be an awful signing.

Lol sorry but i'm not going to be patronised by someone who rates players based on their passports. If Adam or Henderson were Spanish you'd say their not good enough.
