Like I say to most posters if u don't like my opinions then don't comment therefore we don't ave to respond with each other.
It's not that i don't like your opinion, i just don't understand it

I mean you say in 1 post that Wenger isn't the best manager in Arsenal's recent history, then the next you say George Graham isn't on Wenger's level. Either i'm missing something or you're talking gibberish.

Like I said let's just not comment to one another. Because u are going out if your way to be rude. Not a fan of negative ppl

Look at McClaren, he was torn apart in the media. Pretty much ruined his chances of working in the EPL any time soon which is why he went off abroad.
Only after he'd taken the England job. I'd be willing to bet even Saint Harry would get stick if he took that, bet he still wouldn't be asked if he was gonna get sacked though.

Well why would McClaren have gotten criticised before he took the England job? The reason he got it was because of the good job he had done at Middlesbrough.

I still dont understand why Roy got so much protection from not only the media but other fans aswell

Anyone could see he was out of his depth, he made some shocking signings apart from Mereiles and the team looked awful
Its no surprise the massive difference when Kenny took over, he had been there, done that and was used to the pressure, just look how Liverpool finished the season to how they started it, its easy to see Roy was the problem

The media already started with AVB saying he wasnt experianced enough to manage us and some even wrote him off as soon as he took over, ignoring the fact what he did with Porto, who are a bigger club than us

Was he ever asked about his future in a sideline interview after an England match? Was Keegan? Was Graham Taylor?

The issue isn't whether they get criticised in the media or not, everyone gets criticised in the media. What happened with Wenger today was more than just plain criticism, it was flat out rude and i have only ever seen it happen to one other, Rafa.

I am pretty sure both him and Keegan were yes :S

As I said I haven't seen the interview, but are you saying because he was asked about his position he was being rude? It is a question most fans are asking, so it is only his job to ask.

LEGENDARY hard man Graeme Souness believes Andre Villas-Boas’s spell at Chelsea could end in tears.

The Scot, who never backed out of a tackle played for the best and managed eight clubs worldwide.

So his opinion carries clout when he says Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich made a major mistake in replacing Carlo Ancelotti with Villas-Boas, 33.

The Blues forked out a staggering £15million in compensation to make AVB their new manager after he led Porto to four trophies last season.

But Souness says he will struggle to control Chelsea’s stars because he is too young and has never played the game himself.

“I just didn’t see the sense of getting rid of Carlo Ancelotti,” said former Liverpool, Rangers and Newcastle manager Souness.

"He was a good manager, tried and tested at the highest level. The new manager and his backroom team are relatively inexperienced.

“Being successful in Portugal with Porto isn’t the biggest of deals. They are more or less guaranteed success.

“And Villas-Boas has never played the game. I worry for Chelsea.”

Theres an example of AVB being wrote of before a game has been played
What makes this funny though, is Souness was manager of Benfica in the 90s for two years before he got sacked
During that time, he signed 6 British players who were all sold when he left and he also refused to sign Deco

Bitter much?

Yes it's absolutely rude to ask, gutter journalism at it's finest. Let the pundits in the studio speculate about Wenger's future.

Why wasn't he asking Woy if he thought he was going to be sacked last season? Why isn't he asking Dalglish if paying 35 million for Carroll was stupid based on his performances so far? It's what the fans are asking after all. The reason why is because you have to show people some professional respect. What way is Wenger possibly going to answer that? "Oh sure i think they're going to sack me in the morning".

There's the interview

Where the xenophobia really becomes apparent is when you see how the media handles English players diving vs foreign players diving.

Actually surprised to see that, but still that's a press conference not a sideline interview.

If SAF had gone 6 years without a trophy and just sold 2 star players with no replacements and got thumped 8v2 do you think they would ask him if his job was in trouble? I do.
I think he would be fair game and with Wenger most fans are asking the question so why not ask it?
Spurs' target is top 6 and push for top 4 which Harry has been achieving so why would his job be in jepordy?

Xenophobic? hardly. They'll slaughter anyone if it gets them a story.

Specifically the difference between Harry and Arsene is that Harry has hit Spurs expectations in the past 2 seasons, whilst Wenger has failed to meet Arsenal's.

Here's an interesting stat.

Last 54 games under Harry compared to Ramos' 54 in charge:
Redknapp-- P:54 W:22 D:17 L:15
Ramos------ P:54 W:21 D:16 L:17
