To be honest I think its a good thing. Can't build a team around 32/33 year olds in the modern game. Gerrard will go the same way next season along with Jamie and tbh I don't mind. |

I don't think it's the end of him, but I couldn't help but think how Lampardesk both of Ramires's goals against Swansea were. Frank still has a part to play this season, but Ramires is looking more like him every game. Well, maybe not looking like him, but you get my point! We still haven't solved the holding midfielder question. It's not Meireles's natural possition and Essien is out for some time. I do think that Mikel is looking a bit more mobile than he has in the past - it looks as though he's lost a bit of beef, but he'll never be the epitome of athleticism! It would be good to see McEachran given a bigger part to play in that role. |

Yes, Romeu did play well, but AVB doesn't seem to be ready to use him as first choice in the PL. We'll see. |
