Agree with Stacie its not as if they are being looked over for jobs, black players retiring in the late 80' and 90's would have been a lot lower percent. Unless there being purposly looked over i dont see why it should be brought up as theres no difference between Paul Ince and Alex ferguson(expect a serious talent gulf) |
