Mid hard man - Manuel Pascalli
Good on the ground for a big man - Peter Crouch, better on the deck than in the air
Natural finisher - Ole Gunnar Soljskaer, LEGEND!
Tricky winger - Joe Cole (in his prime) His close control was mesmarizing
Fox in the box - Ruud Van Nistelrooy, did all his best work was inside the box
Utility man - Javier Zanetti, so versatile and always performs
Ultimate pro - Messi, Class on the pitch and off it.
Mercenary - Nicolas Anelka, Eto'o also comes to mind with his move to Anzhi
One club man - Matt Le Tissier. Lots of top players stay at top clubs but Le Tissier was a true one club man staying at a relatively poor club at the detriment to his career

Midfield hard man - Roy Keane. As well as being a vicious, career-ending animal he was a damn good footballer. His battles with Vieira c. 1999-2002 were epic.
Good on the ground for a big man - Peter Crouch.
Natural finisher - Pippo Inzaghi. There was no-one quite like him.
Tricky winger - Robert Pires. Was the heartbeat of both our Double-winning teams in '02 and '04.
Fox in the box - Ruud van Nistelrooy. Wee_Eck said it all.
Utility man - Gilberto Silva. Called the Invisible Wall and played like one.
Ultimate pro - Cesc Fabregas. Never once faltered in his loyalty to Arsenal, behaved professionally throughout and even now still doesn't have a bad word to say about us.
Mercenary - Carlos Tevez. 'Nuff said!
One-club man - Tony Adams a.k.a. Mr. Arsenal.
THE RIOTERS PRAYER
Our father, who art in prison, my mum knows not his name
Thy Riots come, read it in the sun
In Birmingham as it is in London
Give us this day our welfare bread & forgive us our looting,
as we're happy to loot those who defend stuff against us
Lead us not into employment but deliver us free housing,
for thine is the teles, the Burberry & the Barcardi, forever and ever...Innit !!!!

A hard man though? He's a good defensive midfielder but there is nothing 'hard' about him (cue obvious jokes)

I know who they are  I just thought you were given serious answers for Liverpool players. Should have copped on when I saw Carroll though.
