GOAT.
 s**t it was Pedro wasn't it?! Messi and Adriano had green boots on and when a third guy was subbed on wearing them I kept thinking it was Messi. Was actually annoying me.

In the more traditional sense of a striker then you can't look past this guy. Dip in form lately though.

Errrrrrr what do you mean when in doubt? Messi is by some distance the best but in the TRADITIONAL SENSE he would be the best.

I watch these players mate so you can take you FM comments and do one. Cheers. I actually watch more La Liga than I do the Premiership. Superior league init.

Messi isnt a typical striker though, i mean a pure striker
Players like Villa, Cavani, Rooney, Falcao...

I wouldnt say rooney is a out & out striker either, he too is a player to sit behind and create as well as score. villa has also been turned into a wider player

well thats how it seems to me :ph43r:

i agree about Messi & villa, i dont think rooney is a typical number 9 either though. I reckon he's best with say a drogba type ahead of him

Falcao is probably the best out and out striker in the world nowadays.Dzeko should be right up there too.
