Ashley trying to get more money back from the giant that is Newcastle, its the kind of deal smaller clubs can only dream of. This will help Newcastle by upping their profile on the world stage, being branded Sports Direct will help them globally for sure. Yet another sign of just how big Newcastle have become & how quickly they are opening up a gap on Sunderland. Ahead on & off the pitch by a country mile now. |

Not at all, they a mediocre like many others. Pretty big, but far from massive. In the list with the likes of Leeds, Forest, Sheff Weds, Sunderland etc just at the table below Villa, Spurs, Chelsea, City etc who of course sit below Arsenal, Liverpool & Utd. Deluded Geordies make you think otherwise. |

Or let your brother in law give you 300 million. Fair play and all that. Wonder how much Newcastle got. |
