its down to interpretation really coz im sure french fans will now say paris st germain.
the the thing with PSG is it's a massive city with only 1 team so they appear bigger than they are imo
thats true, but i was more referring to the fact that they got rich owners.

Man Utd, Bayern, Liverpool, Real Madrid, Barcelona and AC Milan are giants of world football

Chelsea, Man City and Arsenal have a long way to go before they can be talked about being giants

Ajax are not a giant of the game, a fantastic feeder club that has introduced some of the worlds finest players to boot. They dont have the finance or fan base to be a giant.

Out of interest, what is the criteria a club has to achieve to be considered a Giant?

Would people say its finance? Trophies? Support? all three? If so, can it be measured? ie how much of all three makes a club a Giant or is it just a matter of opinion....which it seems it is?

Will be keeping Cech in my pocket for the next 3 months. Thanks Pedro :thumb:

It is a mixture of all three & the journey taken to achieve what they have & yes it can be measured
