That's the inference I'm getting from the posts.

I don't think he's fat either?? Has he gained weight since he's been here?

There is no way Liverpool will sell him. The reason? Well that is because they will struggle to get £10M for him. A complete hen up by King Kenny & perhaps more so the Liverpool board for allowing Kenny to talk them into the signing. They obviously have not got a clue. They will not write off £25M & nor should they, Kenny has to make it work or its him that should be shown the door. Worse case is that Liverpool basically write the whole amount off but keep Carroll as the most expensive mistake of a bench warmer ever & bring in someone of quality to play with Suarez. All in all its been a dreadfull couple of windows for Liverpool. Bascially wasted £100M odd.

Only person's that mentioned drink is me and I didn't mention it in a definitive sense

Definitly looks like he's carrying more weight than during his Newcastle days.

Can't say I have noticed the weight tbh

I think he looks petrified every time the ball comes near him, same way Babel used to be.

He could also be intimidated by Suarez who we know can strop if the ball isn't played into him.

He defo won't be sold in January and I wouldn't want him to be either. Frustrating as it is to watch him sometimes I still think he will come good

Carroll was bought as a token gesture to us fans to appease us after Torres put in his request. They knew the way the fans would react.

Kenny talked them into the signing??? Where did you get that?

A £35M token gesture that is crap??? Do they think Liverpool fans are thick? Or are Liverpool fans thick?

How would the fans react then? You wanted them to waste the money? I just dont understand the Carroll signing.

From Kenny himself, he siad he really wanted the player & that all should be done to get the lad.

MOVE !!...Im Head Boy !!
It was a signing that had a genuine plan to it at least. Kenny wanted somebody that could take the hits and do all the aerial work to help out Suarez. Its not up for debate that he is not in the same shape as his Newcastle days. He is a little leaner now then he was when he played last season for us but he literally cannot jump and attack the ball at the moment. We all heard how he can bully defences but he has being battered in the air this season by most cbs. When he scored at the Emirates last year his leap was fantastic. He has never got that far of the ground for us, nowhere near it in fact  I would like him to come good but his all round style is a hinderance to us. It would have been great if we got him for 10m so he could be a squad player but his price tag wont allow that
