Happy with that, not the best team but won 3-1. Over £200 won for the trip tomorrow. If Madrid win with a -2 handicap another £80 or so, could be a good day

Mercedes is spot on. Having boobs means you automatically win. Unless you're a man. Then, you have moobs and you automatically lose. At life in general. |

I keep seeing people saying Spurs were really good and 3-1 to them would have been a fairer reflection but to me, Spurs today were all go and nowhere near enough quality. |

Not a classic united performance, but once again taking the chances that came to them won the game. I cant really remember United creating a decent chance apart from the goals. I'm not sure why they went 2 up top when they only had 1 winger, would have been better for spurs to drop Saha and started Rose on the left |

Maybe Defoe should have started? Adebayor's not consistent, and he did nothing last week to suggest he should have started this week. Spose it's all well and good suggesting it after the fact, but Adebayor is just a loan player, if Ade has to creep back to City, Spurs will have to trust their own strikers again, or buy a new one. |

good shout on the scoreline, hope you bet on red But tbf you can't say they rolled over. They lacked that cutting edge up front and we played with the "mark of champions" ![]() That's one massive hurdle out the way. We can't forking slack now, have to really go out and fight and grind out every result if we have to until the derby. We could be ahead by a couple of points by then and the game that most think is a decider could become a case of either City or United going 5 clear if either win. |

City will beat us when we play them. We have to be 4+ points ahead when we meet, but that won't be the case. |

I hate this crap about playing poorly and winning being the 'sign of champions'. Champions don't play s**t all of the time. Champions play well and win - that is what City are doing. |

Nobody plays well all the time. When the chips are down City just don't have the drive Utd do. |

We play well virtually none of the time. City, generally do. Why do you say that? They have loads of winners in their squad. |

Silva, Touré, Balotelli et al give up and stop working when things aren't going their way. Seen it enough times now to know it's not one off occurances. |

United have got that ooomph, that little something extra. Not sure if City do have that but as they're sat above United in the league for now, it doesn't really matter. I do think United came up against a weak Spurs today though. Spurs went for it but with very little quality. You have to imagine that if the Spurs who have shown up for most of the season showed up today, United would have struggled more because they really didn't play that well. Would be interesting to see the remaining fixtures of the two teams now. If I could just be bothered to go check. |
