I said it looked more dynamic in the first half as well. People say spearing is s**t, but at least he keeps it simple and keeps it going. Unlike Fatboy who just doesnt move much.

Adam just reminds me of jan molby without the talent !

Molby turned slower than an Oil tanker but he had a sublime pass and nobody could get the ball of him, Adam can't keep hold of his lunch money

ah so nice to get back to winning ways.

and nice to see when Adam is on the bench we play a bit better, and certainly keep the ball a bit better as well.

Spearing was brilliant, although he isn't helped when there isn't a great deal of movement in front of him, times he was arms in the air when he had the ball looking very keen for a player to make some dynamic run for him to pass to...

As for Everton... if the situation was reversed and we picked a side that had so many players who would be considered "first team players" on the bench and lost, we would be absolutely slaughtered, and i'm surprised that they haven't done that to Moyes... such is the standard of modern day football reporting i guess...

you notice about our first goal as well... someone gambled in the box when the ball was spilt and got a shot in, which lead to the goal, albeit through a huge amount of luck with the way the ball found itself to Gerrard.

But it's something that has not happened nearly enough all season for us. Get into position and hopefully something will happen.

A half decent performance against a weakend Everton side. You took a few chances that came your way & thats the difference. Everton took the p*** thinking they could win with that team, shows the level of Liverpool atm I guess. Still its a good win & one that gives you hope of keeping top 10
