Kenny's record is now officially worse that Woy's who Liverpool sacked, and worse than Rafa's.

But as Kenny keeps telling you "the team is making progress" Liverpool fans are even more deluded than I though they were.
By what measure? Kenny is ahead on PPG and overall win percentage so lets not go making Roy look any better than he was.

Bit silly to say officially then.

Can't remember the thread now but today summed up why pool fans really can't say the media are against all things Suarez and certainly not anywhere near the treatment the likes of Ronaldo got. MOTD left the handball incident for literally the last 3 seconds of the match discussion, summarised by the answers to the tactfully put question to Dixon and Shearer, what did you think of the "decision". Replied by each with "Yeh if not for the push in the back, it hit his hand" and "Yeh,just about...just" The guy knocked it in ffs. Could you imagine the 10 mins they would have dedicated to the whole incident if it had been Ronaldo.

well both are 'official' as they are based on actual league results, but i get what you mean. I'd assume it wouldn't take the fixture list into account as well.

hmm...

what a shoddy performance that was... My stream actually cut out just before their first goal, which i thought was kind of ironic but there you go.

Now for Kenny... :(

Mackay (or that QPR player) came out saying the squad looked tired after the game, Kenny goes on to effectively tell him to wind his neck in, then after this game, comes out saying the squad is tired... :(

Now if the squad is tired, you make changes. Our club has banged on the fact that this squad is a lot stronger this season then last season... but we have an unwillingness to utilise the full squad. Strength in depth and all that. What is that word beginning with R that Rafa got slated for doing... errm.. Rat.. no no not that.. errm... oh ROTATION! Rotate the squad, put players on the bench who are tired and have players who are fresh out on the pitch.

Don't like slagging off Kenny, and i won't go down petty route of calling him names because despite what your feelings are at the club and him etc.. he deserves a lot more respect then that. Constructive criticism is fine, but personal stuff... nah can't be having that.

The biggest worrying thing now is that if tiredness excuse is coming out now when we have not played in Europe (although we've played 48 games this season thus far), and with 9 - 10 games left, what are we going to be like next season when we do play in Europe and are wanting to compete in the other cup competitions...

Also for Jack... ok if Kenny is doing worse then Woy was, then answer me this... how come we've never been in the relegation zone under him? surely if we were really bad we'd find ourselves there?

Just to comment about that last bit...

Lets get this relegation stick that you beat Hodgson with out of the way. You were in the relegation zone for one brief (3 game period) before rising to 9th 3 games after that. The only other time that happened was when you were in there was after the first two games where you had Arsenal and then City, games which had they been first this season would have had Dalglish in the relegation zone as well with less points.

On top of that Hodgson NEVER had you on a run of form as poor as the one you are in. You've been in or around the relegation table on form for a long time now, yet you don't mention that. So the only rason Dalglish hasn't has you in the relegation zone so far is that he has had a kinder fixture list.

In fact i had a look at the first 10 games from last season. Dalglish has exactly the same number of points from the equivalent games. So he would have been in an identical position (ignoring GD).

There are plenty of arguments for and against each manager, so for gods sake use one that actually backs up your opinion.

i thought we were in the relegation zone for a bit longer then that.

Also whilst Roy was in charge, there was a growing sense that relegation was becoming more then just a daft thought for us, it was becoming a reality.

The main difference though between the 2 is that Roy's team was uninteresting, dull, and lethargic to watch and the results didn't come. Also the attendences during our home matches was dropping quite rapidly as well, and all said and done, we as fans are never like that.

Oh Roy did have us on a poor run of games as well, that's why ultimately he got sacked.

For Kenny, the style of play is vastly better, the fans certainly love him more then Roy, and the only thing missing is the conversion of chances.

but back to the matter at hand, we were poor on Saturday, regardless of whether it's Kenny or Roy or bob the builder as manager, it was poor and a lot of thinking needs to be done from the management team about it.
