I think that bench of 7 players would actually beat the 11 on the pitch

I really hope Villa turn up with no intention of attacking. That is the weakest defensive midfield I have seen for a long time. Any team with half an ounce of sense could walk through that.

With the players selected we can only hope to win by playing very attacking and scoring more than the oppo - no chance we are keeping a clean sheet. Luckily Suarez is in great goalscoring form.................. <_<

Agree with the Coates stuff. It's obvious Jamie needs to leave in the summer. Now how the fork do we know how to go about replacing him unless we give Coates a run of games now to see if he's ready to be 3rd choice (who will play alot due to Agger). Retarded.

Really should have gone with Jones. Doni is a walking disaster imo.

Not a chance. The highest point of Jones' career has been being the number 2 goalkeeper for Middlesborough  Doni is by far the better keeper, in ability and experience. Plus there's the fact we brought him in on a £50k a week deal only to never use him ffs

Lindegaard has played the same amount of league games this year as Reina has missed since joining Liverpool
