There was an interesting confrontation after the final whistle. Arsenal defender Per Mertesacker was shown angrily pointing a finger at club and international team-mate Mesut Ozil.
At least they've finally found him.

Edit: Damn it Paddy!
Yours was delivered better
No it wasn't, it was s**t. Yours was better.

Oezil hasn't yet shown any desire to really play for Arsenal. Sure he's got immense talent and that will always give him something but he's been outperformed this season by players who are not as highly rated. If he wants to really help Arsenal, he'll have to perform.

It wasn't Giroud's day from long time.

Name me one player who has stood out against City at the Etihad?
Nobody's saying 'stood out', but surely the best midfielder in the world would at least 'turn up'? :S
Iniesta was anonymous today I'll agree.
 my bad, thought in the past u've said Ozil was currenty the best in the world. Care to actually comment on Ozil? Forget 'standing out', why didn't he at least turn up? Non-existent could equally be used for him tbf.
I'd like to see his stats. You can say he did nothing because we lost 6-3 but he got an assist and let's not pretend we only created the 3 chances. Giroud missed 3, Bendter had one disallowed and Wilshere tried to hit the corner flag. I'd like to know how many of those he was involved in. We were destroyed defensively but we were dangerous and Özil did play his part in that.

Özil was a goblin at the end though not going to the fans.
Have you ever tried just watching the match??

Stats count for arsenal players, not performances. Seems to be different with certain other players eg bale tho

I just watched one and I don't think you're right. As I said we did look dangerous and he played his part.
