You'd think a Spurs fan would be a little more cautious or humble considering he's just seen his club sack their billionth manager, appoint Tim Sherwood as a replacement and are more than likely only competing for the Europa League this season.
TBF mate, If you consider your record against Spurs and the amount of s**t Dan has taken over the years I think you shouldn't be as surprised as you are that he's enjoying his moment in the sun.
Will be keeping Cech in my pocket for the next 3 months. Thanks Pedro :thumb:

SAF would definitely have sold Rooney imo.
In the summer? I can't see it. Also bear in mind that for large parts of this season Rooney has still been our most effective player regardless of what some on here are suggesting about Januzaj.

I choose my words very carefully Viva you should know me by now. Best doesn't necessarily mean our most effective.

OK maybe so Viva, but firstly I don't think selling Rooney would sort out our midfield, rw or lb position. Secondly, if Moyes had done that can you imagine how much he'd be crucified for it. Would you expect a new manager to come in and do that.

no I said Januzaj was arguably our best player but Rooney has been our most effective.

An injury to either would hurt us massively (not just to Januzaj)
