It looked that over both legs tbf.

Januzaj is the type of player at Utd that 4-5 years ago, would get brief cameo appearances, one for next year or the season after.

Its unfair on him for Utd to be so dependent on him to provide a spark going forward, the rest look mediocre.

That's only because Fergie lost his bollocks when it came to throwing young players in. Januzaj is too good to be giving brief cameo appearances to.

Although he shouldn't have played 90 mins against Chelsea and 120 mins tonight.
Janujaz only looks good because he's the only one of your players that are really motivated.

No. He's class.

It's amazing how desperate people are for an 18 year old kid to fail because he's united. Best player on the pitch once again last night.

i presume you mean best united player on the pitch?

that wasnt too difficult was it?

he wasnt the best player on the pitch last night

why do you think people want him to fail? just because other people can watch him with rose tinted specs?

he didnt do much last night and kept giving the ball away, too greedy and his touch isnt that good

This is what I mean though Viva, his ability would be shown up more in a Ferguson team where everyone isnt underperforming

Jesus

No he was the best player on the pitch last night. Which Sunderland player out performed him?

You want him to fail because you see he's Uniteds only bright light in a s**t season at the minute. Unless you want to deny you're revelling in it?

His touch isn't that good, Jesus Christ you can't be serious. The only thing that can be labelled at him last night was his shooting was crap and he shot too much. Other than that there was nothing wrong with him.

The hype around him is fully deserved, absolutely no doubt about it.

It's like Sterling last year, once Sturridge and Coutinho came in and started producing and performing every week, he lost his place in the team and got a bit of criticism for things young players are prone to like being too greedy etc.

Whereas before hand he was enjoying the pressure free hyping that Januzaj is getting atm.

i didnt think his touch last night was good. i just saw an above average performance for a youngster . nothing to suggest the hyperbole surrounding him at the moment

Sorry but januzaj is streets ahead of where Sterling was last year. I'm sure you'll have so stats to tell me I'm wrong but it should be clear to anyone with a set of eyes. Even Ricky admits he's class that's when you know it's undeniable

Well the stats do say you're wrong. Sterling was outproducing him while being a year younger. Again, if Januzaj was in a team where everyone was performing he wouldn't be hyped as much. Same thing that happened Sterling.
