I forgot to mention as well: Everyone knows how big a fan our Benitez I am, but I was pretty annoyed the fans were singing his chant while we were 4-0 up. Why not sing for Rodgers?

Success is winning championships. It is nothing less than that. And when you win a championship – and we will – success isn't measured or accomplished by winning once

Maybe because they never got the chance to sing Rafa's name whilst being 4-0 up when he was in charge?? :ph43r:

It was a great result for Liverpool and one that I expect will see the beginning of the end of any talk of Everton finishing anywhere near the CL places.
Trying to get an accurate picture of reality, even when that's unpleasant or inconvenient!

Hush Frank Chelsea have never recorded a bigger victory in a top flight game than you did last year against Villa under Benitez B)

Yep, we'd never won 8-0 in the PL before... well, not since 2010 anyway! :thumb:

Anyway, it was an easy, but cheap shot! Let's not get into that again! :)

I didn't realise 8-0 in 2010 was bigger than Rafa's 8-0. Must be inflation or something

I didn't say it was bigger, I was just pointing out that winning 8-0 was not out of the ordinary for Chelsea! :monty:
