I thought West Brom looked poor against Fulham for most of the match last week. This ended 5-5 last season but I expect United will win today. I'll stick my neck out and say by a few goals and a clean sheet. West Brom just aren't winning games and Pepe Mel doesn't seem to be the man who can change that today.

Would like to see....

------------DDG
Rafael--Vidic--Evans--Evra
------Carrick---Fellaini
Januzaj---Rooney----Mata
-------------RVP

Januzaj if he plays, MUST play RW not on the left.

OR

Rafael--Vidic--Evans--Evra
------Carrick---Fellaini
Mata----Kagawa----Rooney
-------------RVP

Cleverley earns manager's praise

David Moyes has thrown his weight behind Tom Cleverley and backed the Manchester United star to shine in the face of recent criticism.

Reports emerged this week of a petition questioning Cleverley’s place in the England squad, a story that has already drawn criticism from Three Lions manager Roy Hodgson and Roberto Martinez, who once signed the midfielder on loan for Wigan Athletic.

Now, speaking during a press conference at the Aon Training Complex ahead of United’s trip to West Brom, Moyes has launched a passionate defence of the 24-year-old and explained why he has the attributes needed to achieve success at Old Trafford.

“First and foremost, I'm surprised the media are picking up on something from social media and making a big deal of it in the way it's come about in the first place,” the boss told reporters on Friday.

“Tom Cleverley is a fantastic young player who is developing all the time. He's a great trainer here, someone who is the first out every day. He does his best in training and never gives it less than 100 per cent.

Both moyes and fergie seem to see something in cleverley in training,it doesnt matter WTF he does in training its on the pitch that counts, and he isnt doing it on the pitch.

Really is as much about the performance from the players as much as the result. Desire and will to win is equally important from some of the players like Carrick and Evra. First 10/15 mins usually tells us how the rest of the game will go for us this season.
