Costa played for Atleti a well drilled side but not one like Liverpool who went out and scored 100+ goals. You have to look at the side he played for.
I agree with that which is why its a wait and see scenario and why I rate a few others higher at the moment

of course pens count at the end of the day, but I want to see how he does vs chelsea, someone like aguero or suarez would for example score the same amount of goals whilst getting a hell of a lot more assists for their team mates
