Tottenham are without a host of key players for their Europa League clash with Partizan Belgrade, although midfielder Nabil Bentaleb is once again available. Emmanuel Adebayor, Younes Kaboul and Etienne Capoue missed Sunday's win at Hull and remain sidelined along with Andros Townsend, Nacer Chadli and Danny Rose. Federico Fazio is suspended for the Group C match, while Kyle Walker is still a few weeks away despite having returned to first-team training after abdominal surgery. Algeria midfielder Bentaleb is back from an ankle injury, while youngsters Dominic Ball and Harry Winks are in the squad. Kick-off at White Hart Lane is 8:05pm. Tottenham will progress to the round of 32 with a game to spare should they overcome the Serbians, whose only point so far came in a goalless draw in the reverse fixture in their opening match. But despite that record, Partizan manager Marko Nikolic is expecting a strong performance from his side. "It will be a great pleasure playing in Europe in a country where it all started," he said. "The ambience at White Hart Lane will surely motivate my team and this will be another opportunity for us to prove ourselves against one of the best Premier League clubs. "On the other hand, Tottenham will be motivated to show the Belgrade draw was not a real show of power. They are picking up form gradually. "Spurs are practically in the next Europa League group stage and I expect them to play in a similar fashion as they did in Belgrade. "However, whoever they field, it will be a very strong team. This will be another opportunity for us to enjoy a football game and I hope there will be no lack of competitive tension." @Squawka: Moussa Dembele has been superb in possession thus far, completing 100% (23/23) of his passes. http://t.co/h78MKW2eaA

Great skill and shot Lamela. Kane should've had a pen. Looked like ref gave it at first. |
