No Yaya Toure, no Man City.
Bad news for City considering he's 32 in a few months. Can't have too much longer at the very top
He's finished anyway isn't he?

Anyhow, he'd be replaced by a similarly physicaly built player if he left, Silva isn't quite the same build.

We also missed Nasri today. Navas was terrible
Not finished, just not playing at the same standard as last season. His performances have been improving though

And won't be that easy to replace him, on form he's one of the best CMs in the world.
Every top player is difficult to replace but Yaya has at least 2 years left at the top.
Will be keeping Cech in my pocket for the next 3 months. Thanks Pedro :thumb:

We needed that, with all the other top 4 contenders winning.
It's a big statement. All your rivals will be sitting at home gutted atm.

Success is winning championships. It is nothing less than that. And when you win a championship – and we will – success isn't measured or accomplished by winning once

First time I've seen a game plan and tactics in about 5 years. That alone was a wonder to behold.

@archiert1: Just over 4 years (October 2010) since Arsenal won an away game against a team that finished in the top 4...
Hoping its not another 4 year wait for the same stat to occur

no complaints really, arsenal came, wanted it more, set up better and played some really nice stuff. play like that every week and they could be serious contenders

City were pedestrian and predictable

I thought Fernandinho was a stand-out for you in terms of poor performance.

Kun just didn't look ready quite yet.

in fairness everyone was s**t apart from Clichy

Aguero always seems to take a while to get going after an injury

but you can only play as well as the opponents let you and it was an excellent performance from arsenal :thumb:

had a plan and stuck to it
