Didn't deserve to get anything from that game last night, we were truly awful! After going 1-0 with a man advantage we should have finished the game but as usual we failed to kill the game of and got punished...story of our season! Really can't have no complaints, PSG were the better side, the ref was shite but again it was our own fault going out Ramires is such a frustrating player, I would defiantly be looking to bring in an upgrade to replace him and Mikel in the summer. Neither are good enough for a team looking to be the best Costa, Cesc and Oscar need to find their form and quickly! |

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho shook the hand of every #PSG player and went into their dressing room to congratulate them. Class act. |

It's ridiculous how everyone is going on about us surrounding the ref and ply acting, you would think we were the only team in Football that did it....Almost every team does the exact same thing week in, week out Utd and Arsenal were some of the worst at it not too long ago |

i have never seen that many players surrounding the ref tbh no team does what chelsea did last night week in week out, in fact i would say that no team has ever had 9 players surrounding the ref like they did last night ![]() edit, btw, if you cant see the ref he is in the middle just because you support chelsea, doesnt mean you have to defend them all the time double edit, not sure if i can post photographic evidence of this, perhaps they are all a fair distance away and it is perspective let me just ask plastic Edited by mcfc1975, Mar 12 2015, 04:25 PM.

The dip in form re Cesc is not a surprise. I pointed that out when Chelsea bought him that there's plenty of evidence that shows how he fades away in the 2nd half of the season regardless of what club he plays for. I guess Costa is not the best player in the league anymore eh CM? |

MCFC, you've got it all wrong. That photo doesn't show the context. The video clearly shows Chelsea players trying to defend the ref against the overly aggressive PSG players. Those heroes put their bodies on the line to protect him from harm. Yet the media and rival fans try to villify them. They're like the Suarez of football clubs. Just entirely misunderstood. Relax Frank. I'm just joking... ... Chelsea aren't misunderstood, they really are just a scummy club from top to bottom. |

Don't think anyone suggested this doesn't go on Cech, it does, I think Chelsea appeared to take it to a new level last night. You get flash instances in games, the ref deals with it and sanity prevails...most the time. It was just relentless play acting last night. The ref had a melt down and crumbled under the pressure. 100% no red yet Oscar rolled round like Ibra had broken his leg, the rest of the team just carried on the charade. One red later and oscar springs to his feet. Costa did enough to get 2 reds, the guys a joke. This hardman image you and other Chelsea fans portray of him couldn't be further from the truth, my nan would kick his arse. I'd have loved to see Razor, Duncan, Fash or Julian Dicks etc come up against him. Hazard too should have been off. 3 shameless dives in 1 game! Each a yellow. Then people wonder why the ref has doubts when Costa should have had a stonewaller. Put doubt in the refs mind then moan when it goes against you. You reap what you sow mate. In the end the right team won and hopefully Jose finds it in himself to try to win games in the spirit of the game instead of dragging into the gutter. Don't think your assistant manager helps Jose's behavior in games either (can't remember his name) but the guys a turd. |
Will be keeping Cech in my pocket for the next 3 months. Thanks Pedro

I'm not defending it Uwe, but you seem to be suggesting that it's acceptable, as long as you don't do it too much?
In that case, how much is too much? And if it's not too much, is it therefore acceptable? You don't like it, I don't like it, but if we want it to stop, we cannot accept it at any level. When the ref gets hassled, a player dives, someone gets pushed or whatever else happens in the PL this weekend, will we shrug our shoulders and say 'it's not right, but at least it wasn't as bad as Chelsea on Wednesday'? |
